Alternatively, instead of shooting people at their workplace, you can also shoot them in an environment they love. It could be their favourite park, promenade or a particular corner of their house.
Use a wider frame so that the surroundings are included in the frame.It is advisable to use a narrow aperture like f/8 or f/11 increase the depth of field.
